Collection: Ann Lewis VPRCA

Contemporary Welsh artist, Ann Lewis, has been a printmaker since 1993 and specialises in creating limited edition linocut prints. Ann is the President of the Royal Cambrian Academy in Conwy.

Originally a graphic designer, Ann has worked as a freelance designer and illustrator. She has created illustrations for children’s books, book cover design, editorial illustration, advertising campaigns and graphic work for a variety of clients and organisations across Wales and the UK.

Ann’s work is inspired by the North Wales landscape and she’s particularly drawn to rivers, waterfalls and the sea due to the power of water to change the surrounding scenery. Corvids are also making their presence felt in a series of collages bursting with bold colours.
